On October 1, 2024, EquiTrust Life Insurance Company (EquiTrust) assumed certain policies from North Carolina Mutual Life Insurance Company. EquiTrust now has direct responsibility for the policies it assumed, including the payment of all claims, benefits and for all other policy obligations. Depending on your state of residence, there may be some impact to your benefits or guarantees.
If your policy was assumed by EquiTrust, you will be receiving further information in the mail. Any premium payments, claims submissions and questions should be directed to EquiTrust at 1-800-626-1899 or by emailing
customer.assistance@equitrust.com.
If your policy was not assumed by EquiTrust, it has been retained by the Insurance Guaranty Association of your respective state.
