Must be able to train staff to become more effective and motivate to achieve high sales production and retention. The positions have a high earning potential, are commissioned and include supervisory pay.
Education and Experience: A minimum of three years of life and/or health insurance sales and/or management experience is required. A valid life/health insurance license is required. Experience working with the urban market is highly desirable.
