Description: Immediate opening for a full-time Customer Service Representative. Position is with the Signature Group, a North Carolina Mutual Company and will be located in Gadsden, AL. Primary responsibilities include answering telephone inquiries regarding policy characteristics as well as receiving and processing payments.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Position requires:
• Associate’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent;
• customer service experience, preferably within a call center environment;
• insurance industry experience (highly preferred)
Candidate must also possess strong communications skills and telephone etiquette, the ability to relate to customers during stressful times/situations, computer skills including Microsoft Office suite and the ability to work in a team environment.
